FORT WORTH -- Doug LaLonde, 47, passed away Monday, May 28, 2012.
Service: 3 p.m. Friday in Laurel Land Memorial Chapel, 7100 Crowley Rd., Fort Worth, 76134. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cook Children's Medical Center at www.cookchildrens.org or 682-885-6731, or any battered women's shelter.
Doug was born April 7, 1965, in Arlington to John and Barbara LaLonde. In 2005, he started his own company, C&D Equipment, with his brother joining him later as a business partner. Doug was a big Texas team fan and supporter, with the exception of the Dallas Cowboys! Doug also loved animals, art and music. He had a big and generous heart and will be greatly missed.
Doug was preceded in death by his sister, Pam LaLonde, and his Papaw and Mamaw, Curtis and Ava Bonner.
Survivors: Parents, John and Barbara LaLonde of Crowley; siblings, Chris LaLonde and wife, Michelle, of Burleson, Tamara Burdine and husband, Collin, of Temple; nieces, Meghan and Erin LaLonde, Bridgette and Barrett Burdine; nephew, Bennett Burdine; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
